At Snakehive, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt, provided it remains in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Place the product back in its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit and include your order slip.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
